         Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit mehreren Unternehmern zum Thema: „Suturelessaortenklappen bzw. Rapid Deployment Valve Systeme“. Für die SALK und einen optionalen Teilnehmer. Anm zum Gesamtauftragswert: Der in II.1.7) angegebene Wert ist eine Annahme und basiert auf den gemeldeten Jahresmengen aller (auch des bloß optionalen) Teilnehmer/s multipliziert mit einem angenommenen Wert pro Klappe. Die beteiligten AG können nach Wunsch flexibel aus dem Rahmen abrufen – folglich Abrechnung anhand der abgegebenen Staffelangebote. Ein einem AN zuordenbarer Auftragswert somit auch nicht exakt möglich. Es wurde folglich der in II.1.7) angenommene Wert bei der Auftragsvergabe Punkt V angeführt.
