         Die OE für Forschungsinfrastruktur der Medizinischen Universität Graz beschafft das hochauflösende Ultraschallgerät „FUJIFILM Vevo 3100 Ultra-High Frequency Ultrasound“ des Unternehmens FUJIFILM VisualSonics Inc. Es wird ein Ultraschallgerät für qualitative und quantitative hochwertige Analysen des kardialen Remodelings und der Tumor(gefäß-)bildung im präklinischen Bereich inkl. Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Schulung beschafft, welches insbesondere die folgenden benötigten Eigenschaften aufweist:

         — Eigenschaft 1: hochauflösendes Ultraschallgerät mit in vivo high-frequency Messungen höher als 20 MHz bis hin zu 70 MHz im präklinischen Bereich,

         — Eigenschaft 2: Erreichung der erforderlichen Auflösung explizit für Kleintiere (Mäuse, Ratten, Kaninchen) durch Linearschallköpfe (linear array) und schallkopfnahe Aufnahmen im Mikro-Ultraschallbereich,

         — Eigenschaft 3: Ultraschallgerät im präklinischen Bereich mit 4D Imaging Mode, das die 3dimensionale Darstellung eines Herzens oder Blutgefäßes im Herzzyklus und somit umfassendes Verständnis der Bewegung und Geometrie des Herzens ermöglicht,

         — Eigenschaft 4: Vevo Strain als post-processing Software (basierend auf speckle tracking algorithms) zur Analyse von Bilddaten.
