Sonderkrankenanstalten-Rehabilitationszentren (SKA-RZ) der Pensionsversicherungsanstalt. Von den Leistungen umfasst ist u. a. neben der Reinigung diverser Fenster- und Glastüren bzw. von Fixverglasungen und sonstige Glasbauteilen in unterschiedlichsten Bereichen (Stiegenhäusern, Pavillions, Wintergärten, verglaste Dachflächen, Aufenthalts- und Eingangsbereiche, Schwimmhallen, etc.) auch in einigen Teilbereichen die Reinigung von Jalousien, Terrassen- und Waschbetonböden, Geländern u. ä. notwendig. In der SKA-RZ Bad Hofgastein ist in den Personalwohnhäusern (PWH) die Unterhaltsreinigung zu erledigen. Es besteht neben der Möglichkeit ein Gesamtvergabeangebot für alle 7 Kapitel auch Teilangebote je Kapitel einzureichen.
