         Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Errichtung des Sicherheitsmanagementsystems sowie einer Einbruchmeldeanlage und einer Zutrittskontrollanlage. Die Errichtung umfasst die Planung, Montage,Inbetriebnahme und Instandhaltung, d. h. die Ermittlung des Sicherheitsbedarfs, die Entwicklung passender Konzepte sowie deren Umsetzung und Kontrolle (siehe Ausschreibungsunterlagen).
